Recently My brother-in-law went to Cape Town,South Africa for his official work.He went to many places near cape town.Giraffe House is one such place.It is near to Cape Town or Paarl,which ever route you are coming from.It is a wildlife awarness centre.It is full of Africa's wonderful wildlife and bird species.Gerry,is a hand reared giraffe here. Giraffes can reach almost 6 m and are therefore the tallest land mammals on earth? Gerry is accompanied by other animals that are part of Giraffe House wildlife educational programs. अभी कुछ समय से म्यूच्यूअल फंड की हर बड़ी कंपनी फार्मा फंड लेकर आ रही है.इसके कई कारण हैं. फंड मैनेजर्स को लगता है कि फार्मा सेक्टर की कंपनियों के शेयर काफी सस्ते मूल्यों पर उपलब्ध हैं.बीते चार साल में फार्मा सेक्टर का प्रदर्शन लगातार कमजोर रहा है. इससे फार्मा शेयरों के बढ़ने की गुंजाइश सबसे ज्यादा है. ये ज़रूरी नहीं है, की ऐसा ही हो पर अब भारत में और अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर परस्थितियों बदल रही हैं.
काफी समय से अमेरिकी दवा नियामक यूएस एफडीए की बंदिशों ने भी भारतीय दवा कंपनियों के लिए मुश्किलें खड़ी कीं हुई थीं. जिसके चलते अमेरिका ने भारतीय प्लांटों से आने वाली दवाओं की बिक्री पर रोक लगा दी थी. इसके चलते तमाम दिग्गज दवा कंपनियों के शेयर सस्ते में उपलब्ध हैं. इन कंपनियों में सन फार्मा, ल्यूपिन और डॉ रेड्डीज शामिल हैं. इनके शेयरों में 60 फीसदी तक की गिरावट आ गइ थी. हालांकि, विश्लेषकों का मानना है कि अब इन शेयर्स के लिए अच्छा समय आ रहा है. घरेलू मोर्चे पर भी प्रतिस्पर्धा बढ़ने के कारण कंपनियों को कीमतें घटानी पड़ीं. इससे इनके प्रॉफिट और मार्जिन पर असर पड़ा. जो फार्मा कंपनियां घरेलू बाजार पर फोकस करती हैं, वे जीएसटी और नोटबंदी से उबर चुकी हैं.
ध्यान देने योग्य,अच्छी बात यह है कि कठिन समय में भी कइ कंपनियों ने रिसर्च एंड डेवलपमेंट में निवेश को जारी रखा. आने वाले समय में इसका फायदा इन कंपनियों को मिलेगा. इससे इनके मार्जिन और प्रॉफिट में सुधार होगा.
